Is a talent tree update like every other class got during beta at least on the table for 11.1?

IDK if the devs think the Havoc tree is in a good spot, but there are quite a few improvements that can be made:

-Cycle of Hatred needs to be a passive 20 sec cd reduction so it stops de-syncing Eye Beam and Essence break. Frost DK got their Pillar cd reduction turned into a passive because of similar issues they were facing, so there’s no reason we can’t have the same treatment.

-Critical Chaos is an incredibly weak talent, especially in pvp where we stack mastery instead of crit, and shouldn’t block Improved Chaos Strike. It needs to be replaced with something better or at least switched back around with Improved Chaos Strike like it was in season 1.

-All the fragmented Eye Beam talents we have to take to make Eye Beam feel good need to be combined, or some need to be made baseline again like Looks Can Kill.

-No more 2-point nodes. This should happen for every class that still has them, and we have quite a few for some reason while other classes like WW have none after their update.

-Mortal Dance feels horrible to use a talent point on. This needs to be baseline.

-Fel Barrage still being a dead button feels bad. It has been worthless since the BfA redesign, which is a shame because it was a very fun button to press in Legion. Ideally, it would just be reverted to its original Legion version. Otherwise, instead of constantly draining fury, it should consume all of our current fury and do damage and/or determine its duration based on the % of our max fury it consumed on use.

-Add Fel Barrage, Glaive Tempest, and Sigil of Spite to Isolated Prey.

-All our sigils should get the same treatment that Shamans and Priests received with Earthquake and Shadow Crash. Getting to choose whether we want our reticle spells to function like a normal sticky-target spell or having the ability to manually aim them should be a choice that every class gets to make.
