Is 9.1.5 also 9.2.5?

Beyond the time it is taking, I wonder if there won’t be a 9.3 because 9.1 was actually .1 & .2 combined? But just shadows of what they should have been. Many things added in .1 are typically .2 additions like the new mythic dungeon and flying.

So I wonder if 1.5 is a combo with 2.5? And that this is how they will get back on the 2 year track?

Just thoughts and wondering why 1.5 is taking so long. They haven’t even added the vendor in Oribos yet or the Mage Tower for testing. And the holidays are quickly approaching

Prepatch maybe?

There won’t be a 9.3 most likely.

I highly doubt the are going to keep thier 2 year release schedule for Shadow Lands

They are working against a COVID delay and delays caused by multiple lawsuits

If I had to guess, Shadow Lands will be 2.5 to 3 years long

If 10.0 were coming out next year, we would have likely heard an announcement by now…or definitely in the next couple weeks

They can’t get back on track for a timeline. They screwed the pooch already. (Meaning “to commit an egregious blunder”)

These delays have nothing to do with Covid.

If they cannot adapt to those conditions just fire them and replace it with new devs

Yes, nothing makes things go faster than firing a bunch of employees in the middle of the development process

Especially when you are dealing with a game engine created 17+ years ago

My industry adapted the covid fairly quickly why are they incapable of doing it unless if it’s just general gross incompetence. I would say they should be replaced because 4 months for a patch like this is beyond insane and especially for multi-billion dollar company who should have access to top-tier talent.

This already happened most of WoW’s senior development is gone.

And then those new devs need to be trained to build upon what is essentially an antique of an engine, and take time familiarizing themselves with such, which leads to… things still being slow.

I’m sure Blizz will seriously consider your opinion on the matter. Thanks for sharing.

Yet another reason we should expect delays.

Although I doubt they were doing most of the actual labor at this point

How much is Blizzard paying you to shill for them? Any other industry they would have fired them a long time ago. The fact they still employ Lore shows that they don’t care one bit

I think Lore trolls on here as a certain shaman

I guess it’s lucky for them that they are not in any other industry.

It’s crazy how a company can make hundreds of millions of dollars a year with all of these bad employees.

They definitely should consider hiring random people from the forum to tell them how to do their jobs.

Given how unprofessional he is I bet you’re right.

If we just had any communication would be great. This silence is just deafening.

What even is a community manager anymore? The support in this game is almost completely automated
