I’m running steam, epic games store, music, and Edge browser. With the obvious basic win 10 stuff. I’m using 6.5GB of ram. Either you’re doing more than you say you are, or your system is doing something you’re not aware of.
Might be a truckload of tabs. I’ve been guilty of accumulating multiple gigabytes worth of tabs from time to time 
That’s true, I suppose. I’ve only got 12 open right now.
