This quest is starting to pop up for all of my characters since the maintenance and weekly reset yesterday. It appears to be the version of the quest you would see the first time you ever hit exalted, which gives no actual paragon chest but was just kind of there to tell people there will be future rewards.
This issue has occurred previously as well, as far back as patch 9.1 based on my cursory search. Please stop breaking it.
Likewise, annoying pop-up for SL paragon quests that auto-accept, weirdly when porting into Legion Dalaran.
Still an issue and usually happens upon a transition between zones.
At this point, Iām just untracking the quest as the quest cannot be declined, and neither turning it in (a colossal waste of time traveling to Maldraxxus for no reward) or abandoning does not prevent it from being auto pushed the next time the character log in or transitions between zones.
