I am currently leveling my Draenei shaman and I want to get the dwarf epic riding mount when I hit level 60. I am working on doing all the quests and I am aware of “spill over” rep from doing some other faction’s quests. I also know that diminishing rep returns were removed in TBC so I am going back to do low level quests. I am just wondering if it is possible to hit exalted with IF by level 60 when playing another race. Has anyone done it?
With cloth turn in’s, of course it would be. I doubt it is doable otherwise.
You can easily do this with any city simply by turning in cloth. Once you are high enough for the runecloth turn in, just keep doing it. You can get rep from doing quests from the faction but there’s only a certain amount of them to go around.
You can do it easy. Just go to the dwarf level 1 spawn point. Do all low level quests.
You’ll get zero XP and crap gear (obviously) but quests still give full reputation.
So all these low level zones (the 1-10 one and the 11-17ish one) will really perk you up with Ironforge.
When I leveled, I did all nations’ starting zones. I then focused on Elves because I wanted a Sabertooth. By level 40 I already had enough rep for it. So you should be able to… easy as pie.
Good luck.
