hey guys just a quick question to all you pros out there. So I have a undead warrior (fury/prot) currently wielding annihilator axe on my MH and flurry axe on my off hand, I also have edgemaster’s handguards as well.
My question is, because ironfoe just dropped, would it be worth replacing my Annihilator Axe for ironfoe or keep the annihilator axe for the benefit of the edgemasters handguards
Thanks in advance
If you are speaking of raiding effectiveness or 60+ content, use annihilator and edgemasters.
If you are doing 5-mans stack the extra 3 hit you will need from other pieces and use the ironfoe.
If you need more explanation, I would be glad to rationalize it more.
ok cool thanks for that =D
People ran the numbers on Flurry axe… And the proc rate % was wrong apparently? A bunch of warriors in my guild were talking about it last night. Bone Slicing Hatchet is better than Flurry XD

Yeah flurry axe is no were near as good as people thought it to be.
If you are doing 5-mans stack the extra 3 hit you will need from other pieces and use the ironfoe.
You only need the extra 3 hit against level 63 mobs, there is no need for it outside of MC and BWL.

Private servers were way off on weapon proc rates. Some they had at like 5 PPM, when in vanilla it was only 1 PPM. They just picked a proc rate based upon some dude in the 2006 Thottbot comments saying, “It procs a LOT!”… hmmm lets go with 5 PPM…

It’s just a general reference reminder to get 3% to make up for Edge masters since he is undead. Depending on the 5 man, there could be 60+ mobs but didn’t assume it to be worth splitting hairs over.
