lol…you know…there are some ground hoofers Id like to keep using even after I have flight…those WoD wolves with the backpacks on their rumps are some of my favorite mounts, but we get flight so fast now I barely get to use them before Im flying.
Even if they only got static flight that’d be cool
They should take a leaf out of FFXIV’s book and make everything fly. Everything.

Yes. So you can jump the chasms that don’t exist. Or climb the mountains that don’t have footholds. Instead of simply… flying over them.
Youre a boat load of fun. I bet you say the phrase “thats not realistic” a lot during brainstorming sessions.
Hmm. No… I just think it would be a lot of work to revamp the entire world (Every single zone in the game) to make obstacles for your dynamic ground mounts to work.
Not quite every single zones. I doubt they are going to revamp the squid head’s home islands to have flying. Or that Legolas-lookalike home too

What kind of dynamic ground mount system would you have? If not having jumping abilities and speed boost abilities Ect.
I just want a super fast ground mount.
So, not dynamic ground mounts. Just fast ground mounts.
How would that work though? Zones these days are horribly cluttered so I imagine a hyper fast ground mount would see you constantly crashing headlong into objects. Just look at how often dynamic flight has you crashing into things like branches when you’re below the treeline for whatever reason. Dynamic riding on the ground with a similar speed and boost ability sounds like it would be a nightmare to control effectively.
No, it would be a miunt qhere youd get speed bursts, and maybe a glide if you wanted to speed burst and then jump. But i dont need fancy bells and whistles. Just speed. I want coolness to be a factor too. So maybe streamers. Cool horn.
So dont ride it then
Trust me, I wouldn’t. I’m just asking you for clarification on how you imagine this being effective or even fun. The ground is cluttered. Terrain is uneven. Blizzard, to this day, sucks at pathing. All I can visualize is you just Earnhardting yourself into everything, and I’m trying to understand why you would want something like that.
