Honestly, after all the hate that BFA gets. I really feel that the WoW dev team is doing everything they can to create a great game.

And in terms of lead developers, you cannot beat Ion Hazzikostas.

The dude clearly has an insane amount of passion for the warcraft universe, and is one of the most interactive, charismatic, articulate people to ever lead a game development team; and he proves it with every livestream and video he participates in…

As far as my post, I just got word some folks got in trouble for posting that clip. I thought clips of their Q and A would be within the ToS… but I guess that clip can provoke a reaction from mods. So I thought better of it.

It seems to be the general consensus that Blizzard is doing what they want with no regards to player feedback. But if he’s changed then that’s great.

Thought that it was a great video. Ion nd the dev team do a great job keeping this game interesting, innovative, different and ongoing since 2004. Keep it up. Dont be affraid to try new stuff. For ppl that appreciate the game more as it was theres always classic. GG

I like Ion. And I enjoy his excessive hand movements. I always get really annoyed by people who say he doesn’t care about the game. It’s just such a stupid thing to say. I wouldn’t doubt for a second that he cares about the game, or really anyone who works on it for that matter. Because it’s their job. Passion and dedication aren’t traits of only the artist or auteur. They are also shared people who simply have good work ethic. Who want what they put their name to to be good. And I think that’s most people.
