Did this get reduced from 20 seconds to 8 seconds this week?
It hasn’t been in any patch notes that I’ve seen, what makes you feel like it’s been changed?
The buff duration changes depending on the talent you take:
If you take 1 min celestial talent it is 8 seconds ( gift of the celestials )
If you take the longer celestial talent it is 20 seconds ( jade bond )

Sidenote: anyone try using this? Ive found in mythics that if there are 4 mobs, I can get Chi Ji to have less than 8 seconds remaining on its cooldown as it finishes by spamming tiger palm → blackout kick and the throughput is insane. Sometimes the cooldown is already ready before he expires!
