At about 69, 35 there is an invisible wall blocking passage to characters trying to reach the teleporter to Undercity. 
Edit, on Windseeker server. Not sure about the others.

having same issue. no idea how ill get out of silvermoon/ghostlands besides getting killed in plaguelands

Yep, a large portion of the starting zone has an invisible wall blocking quest access and turn ins.

I wonder how many times I will die along the way to Undercity walking there? 
Yep several areas in the starting zone are bugged with invis walls that were not there yesterday, I cannot hand in several quests and most of the walls are towards the south of the starting zone. Just north of the border to ghost lands… All around Fairbreeze village, East Sanctum and Tor Watha. These zones are basically unplayable impossible…

You can’t run to EPL right now, so unless you have a FP outside Ghostlands you’ve got to wait for a hearth.
