For those of you who have been around since WOTLK came out, you may remember Invincible having a different look than they currently do in game. When the mount first came out, it’s wings were much larger than they are now. I thought it made the mount look much cooler than it does now. Curious to see if other people are aware of this and if they agree/disagree.
From what I can remember at the time his wings were “nerfed” because of performance issues or something that occurred for players using the mount? I am not sure if that’s the actual reason or not, but I think it’s well past time to buff his wings once again! Especially since you see mounts in game now like the “Ascendant’s Aquilon” which have huge wings attached to a smaller/normal sized mount.
Please devs… bring back Invincible’s uber wings.

All I know is the hitbox on that mount when you click on a player who’s on it is ridiculously big. Devs may have nerfed the wings but they definitely didn’t worry about the hitbox lol.

The pictures from Evilmuffin look about the same to me.
Could just be another mount changed that occurred between the beta and live Wrath, like the Death Knight flying mount, that thankfully no longer resembles the ‘bone chicken/turkey’ that it was originally called during beta
