Introducing the WoW Variety Show!

It’s the only reason they push this garbage.

The show is about shoving people down with FOMO they cannot get while giving the watchers some random recolor mount.

That’s their answer for the FOMO-topics.

I would enjoy watching them toss water balloons or crème pies at each other!

I like it so far. Good idea

Lol this is just a forum main. Hard to understand i know.

Such a stalker but too lazy too look at my achieves to see aotc every tier since legion, unlocked mage tower appearances, 5 mask solo achieve, and ksh this past season. Only thing i dont do is mythic raid, hardcore pvp and pet battles.

So yea. I run dungeons. And this guild died after aotc sylvanas cause of content drought and i did mythic tarra when current for lulz so idk what your even looking at.

Id look at your profile if i cared but i dont. Just like out of game content

Lame. I want to see a show about addressing player concerns for the new expansion instead of radio silence and a cringe stream event out of nowhere.

Depends on the prescription

Hello, I see you posted a thread about weird stuff. Does the leveling challenge involve who can purchase a leveling boost at the fastest rate? If it does, count me in, my purchasing speed is unrivaled!

Thanks for your post and have a great day!

So WoW E-sports but for leveling, scavenger hunting and an actual race? That’s somewhat interesting, not gonna lie.

Spagooter: “I want more dungeons”

Marcus: “Your guild stopped raiding awhile ago. You don’t want more content that i don’t think you’re going to run”

Baridorielor: " :face_with_raised_eyebrow: "

Lol imagine. Someone starts it and just uses a boost.

“Done!”

You can have one gold.

Don’t spend it all in one place!

I honestly don’t consider a leveling race, a Scavenger Hunt, or a foot race, an “esport”. We used to do this in our guild in Vanilla and BC for fun. We donated prizes like top end bags, raid consumables, etc to the winner. It was a whole guild type activity and was a lot of fun.

I don’t know how it will play out on a stream, but it was fun to do back then. I wish I still had my Scavenger Hunt list. Some of it was guild inside jokes as clues, but it was pretty fun and was done by teams in guild.

What I LIKE about this is that it is NOT raid related. It is not the 1%. It is not “end game” activity. It is something anyone can do and have a fun time with.

They said this is an experiment. I hope it goes well.

I hope to see more in-game activities that solo and groups can do that are not raiding but that give fun prizes. I like the fishing tournament for example. Scavenger hunts, races, leveling contests seem reasonable fun too.

What you want is a Q&A with Developers. This “event” is done by Community and the events folks and has been in the works for months. Two separate things.

I do hope to see a lot of questions addressed by Devs. I also don’t mind that Community is going ahead with their existing plans as well. Two different things.

This sounds fun! I’d love to participate but as a warning for any ES, OCE, Canadian or weird stray Europeans over here before they get too excited and rush to sign up the rules state in fairly clear terms:

IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE.

I would also bet that certain states in the US are not eligible either. I can’t normally do any Blizzard contests or events due to where I live. There are odd “gambling” laws in place.

I really don’t know if they do.

I do know I feel old now   seeing as I use “what in the tarnation” several times a day with a few explicits added in from time to time.

I’m very confused by this one. I would have never predicted a WoW Variety Show. Maybe I feel neutral about it? Will have to watch an episode and see.
