For the council to have the best possible effect, this is exactly it. Everyone needs to be active and involved.
Does the council have feral druids?
I don’t like this idea. - sounds too much like Facebook saying they are going to let the community actually have review of what their AI bot puts people in Jail for and then they don’t do it.
It’s been awhile, I forgot and resumed my subscription .
Floods of ignores in this thread.
5 hours after a player can’t get their game running.
Still unanswered.
Ths Council has been nothing but a mess.
What does the community council- who are intended to provide Blizzard devs with focused feedback on current content- have to do with how quickly a hardware meets software bug is getting addressed today?
No sir, I don’t like this idea. Councils breed cliques, and that breeds the high school mentality.
I’m not a regular forum goer, as the last 14 or so years go. I usually only come around when it looks like we’re actually going to get a say in something.
That said, I have 2 things to say here,
-
Ive been here a lot more since the council has existed, because even if response from blizz is lackluster, at least some of the council members seem really interested in what we have to say and it seems to affect their posts in council.
-
In the short time ive been spending more time here, i’ve noticed GD is already full of powerful cliques. The council seems more fair than what some of said cliques cause to go on here.
I commended on the fact the RMT for account sharing buy the Top company official selling runs.
Since the community felt with it I resubbed. So that’s what is the reason why Tech Support has been neglected by the staff for some time now.
Comunty support should be first before RP camp fire blandor.
I’d really like to reply meaningfully, but your sentences don’t make sense in English. Can you please try again? Perhaps use google translate if English is a second language? Or grammar check your talk to text if you’re not typing?
“Therefore, after one year in the program , we plan to unflag Council members and open the application again.”
It’s been 1 year.
add asmonbald to it
Why so they can be ignored a 3rd time? lol
The reason people are ignored is because when discussing a topic people like to unreasonably swerve off topic so they can voice an their opinion, which usually isn’t even really related to the topic. They also begin to demand poorly thought out and unreasonable things.
This then creates a ton of unrelated and unreliable clutter to filter through for useful input and content.
It’s literally a community created problem…
This is how people normally think and express themselves.
If the purpose is to create discussion that may lead to new ideas, forbidding new ideas until after extensive vetting is going to prevent any real time discussion from taking place.
