I can second this post. I just spend like $80 bucks on this game and stuck in a quest that won’t go anywhere… Blizzard get to work, now pls.

hey, I just went through the same problem today, and it looks like they fixed it. There is a portal in stormwind keep stairs that get you into shadowlands.
Why can’t Blizzard just put us there? This is unacceptable after paying for the upgrade.
