Seems almost impossible to not notice, feels made up. None of the locks in my guild that I asked said they’ve ever seen this happen as well.
Might want to open a ticket or something, seems like you’re just bugged.

alot of locks dont use diabloist, its usually soul harvester hero tree.
PitLord is not the only bugging out, Shivarra is now just standing upright with no cast animations just standing in place and bolts shoot out of her 
.
I was testing this vs a dummy so it might be a bad interaction but this was not happening prior last week.
This happens very often. Just an animation bug though so not the end of the world, but it happens way too often for my liking.
As for OP’s bug: I have not seen it once as demo diabolist. Maybe it’s a destro diabolist bug?
Is just jarring from a visual sense. It’s been happening much more this patch for some reason.
Is bad enough the graphic for the PitLord was half assed and left where the body is just floating in mid air (where it should have been a portal) but now we got the Mother of Chaos every now and then just standing there with bolts coming out of her model.
Well at least better seeing the model, than having them removing all together.

I’ve noticed the diabolist demons acting oddly but still doing as they should. I just attributed it to graphical errors.
