I replaced my modem and router. I’ve always played on wireless and had no issues whatsoever. But since I replaced it I’ve been freezing periodically and disconnecting rarely. Maybe freezing once every 10 min or so in chaotic combat. Any tips other than moving the router or plugging in?
is it an ISP provided “modem and router in one” solution?
if so, that’s probably your problem.
Yes from Spectrum. But so were the old ones.

is your PC the only wifi client having this issue? If not than ask for a new router from spectrum. If it is the only client having an issue, try Ethernet hardwire or, if that is not an option, a new wi-fi adapter for the mobo.
