Still can’t use my 70 boost toon bought it on December 6. This problem has gone unanswered for over a week I have seen others asking well before this post.
Internal error when trying to create and boost to lvl 70.
Couple of things did u open a problem with purchase ticket that would be the proper category.
Did u ask for a refund on a boost and was it granted.
Opened ticket, they just asked for more info don’t care for a refund just want 70. Just keep waiting I guess not the only problem this game is having going unanswered.
If there asking for more info then theres a bigger problem and mite need developer intervention did u give more information.

I’m having the same issue. The character boost was just turned on on my realm and I still can’t use it without the “internal error” coming up when I click “Level up” after creating the toon. I was denied a refund because I bought it months ago when it first came out and they didn’t tell us on the item that it was limited to certain servers. Sadly, it’s still not working and my server is dying…
