It looks like this is likely due to just purchasing the game. Iā€™d suggest giving it a few hours or trying again tomorrow after the payment clears.

I am having this same issue, my payment has cleared and it is still doing the same thing.

Looks like your purchase was also made recently so I would suggest just giving it a full 24 hours after the purchase and trying again.

When will the full 24 hours be up?

For your situation, probably around another 7 hours or so.
