Intermittent lagging and many disconnects daily

Not sure what the problem is, I constantly have lag and frequently disconnect when playing wow war within, can anyone help me figure this out? Here’s a WinMTR I took tonight

Can you please run the test for only 5 to 10 minutes until you capture the issue happening? A test that runs over 40 minutes dilutes the data and may lead to false conclusions about it.
