Anyone know a way to move a window so that it stays there when I open it again? ex… When I open my world map, I can drag it to the center screen. When I close and reopen it, it’s back to my far left. Does this with my NPC window, AH windows, even resets the profession window if I click any of their tabs.
using a couple addons I was able to get teh bags to stay. But what about windows not in the UI edit mode?
You will have to go into option and change to permanent to avoid a reset when you relogin.

Was just about to suggest this addon.
You know I have it. had some flaky window issues with them going off the screen if I had them open with something else but wasn’t sure what the cause was so stopped using it. I will clean up the addons and try again with the permanent setting. Sounds like that may be my fix.

For some reason, at least for me it doesn’t work well with other similar addons. You said you use a couple? I would disable the others and try it again.
Works like Champ. the key was setting it to remember always in the last tab in settings. Now every window opens up where i left it. Thank you very much.
