So I took the Cooking profession and I think I accidentally picked up Cataclysm Cooking and now I can’t see my normal cooking rating at the top of the profession tab. Is there a way to get it back?
I’m pretty sure the newest expansion’s trained profession level is always going to be at the top of the list. I could be wrong, but I think you’re stuck with this one.

So there’s no way to delete it? I don’t think I can even increase that one’s level right now.
If you click on the icon from the professions tab, you can see your progress in all expansions. But yes, you are stuck with the highest expansion’s profession on the main pane.
