Interface options resetting after playing plunderstorm

Swapping to plunderstorm and back to retail causing
:- Tutorial mode reactivates everytime
:- Status Text to be turned off (have to disable it again in interface and reenable everytime)
:- Target of target disabling (have to reactivate it again everytime)
:- graphics settings for one, changes both modes of the game

Plunderstorm resets Retail options

Target of Target gets disabled. Tutorials get re-enabled. The CVAR to show status text on character frames get set back to 0. There may be more, but these are three of the more noticeable.
