Whenever I log into any of my toons, the Interface > Names > NPC Names option is reset to “All NPCs” instead of just “Hostile and Quest NPCs” like I prefer. It’s frustrating having to change this setting every time, especially when I’m switching between alts. Can anyone help me with a quick fix?
Have you tried a proper reset UI?
Do you use ElvUI? There was a recent post about an issue that sounds similar to yours, and as it turns out it’s due to something in the latest ElvUI build.
