When I go to the spellbook and hover over abilities/spells, the description pops up. However, on my action bars, this doesn’t happen. If I hover over Swipe, all it says is “swipe” and not what swipe does.
I have no added UIs, and on the PTR the descriptions come up, so I’m not sure what is going on. Anyone have any tips? (tried submitting a ticket but can’t)

Try this - open a chatbox then type:
/Console Cvar_reset
Hit the Enter key afterwards

Make sure you follow all the directions and the advanced troubleshooting dropdown part (click it to expand the directions). If you don’t get rid of folders and/or don’t get rid of the addon managers or backup softwares, the bug will likely persist because you haven’t actually reset the UI.
Im having this same problem as of a couple days ago. I tried both options its not working. any other tips short of a complete reinstall? this is a huge pain when trying new classes or builds.
