Interesting Detail in Oribos

So while I was wondering Oribos, an attendant caught my eye wielding an off-hand book. I checked in my appearances catalog and found the same exact book called “book of Binding Will” which drops from Halfus Wyrmbreaker in the Bastion of Twilight.

Some might say it was just a random-looking book with runes on it to tie the outfit together, but none of the colors sync up or match anything else in the outfit. Could this be some clue of the Twilights hammer/void agents having their fingers in Oribos and the shadowlands?

Any thoughts or theories?
