Intercept/Devastate Macro

Why can’t I put devastate and intercept in a macro anymore? Also thoughts on best prot warrior stat?

I haven’t used devastate for a while but, aren’t both in the GCD?

Stat priority:

  1. Haste
  2. Armor
  3. Versatility
  4. Mastery
  5. Critical Strike
  6. Strength
