Interact 'box' smaller than normal

I created a new account with a new character & when trying to interact with e.g. a quest item, despite having my mouse over the item, there’s only certain points where I my mouse model turns into the interact prompt.

On my other account, it’s fine & much larger - is there an option to enlargen an item interact model?
