Greetings,
I’ve been working on unlocking the Nightborne which so far has become a pain for me. I’m lost on where I continue at… I completed the quest something along with “Premenade” or something similar to that outside of Suramar City. According to wowhead I should speak with the First Arcanist but she doesn’t offer me the next quest?
I’ve become exalted with the Nightfallen. I’ve also done some parts of “Good Samaritan” and not sure what else to do? So I’m looking for any help.

You can unlock the Nightborne allied race in Shadowlands by completing 2 steps (requires level 45+ Horde character):

I get that but I’m in progress already on the Insurrection storyline. I’m just at a halt because the next quest I need the First Arcanist won’t give me it.
If you are on the Insurrection Wowhead page and click on the comments tab there is a very detailed quest guide for what you need to complete as the first comment. I literally followed this (had the page up while questing) and didn’t have any issues. You must be missing something to unlock the next steps. Note the Prerequisites next to “Lockdown” in the comments. I’d start at the beginning of the list of quests and try and figure out what you might be missing.
Edit- you’re probably talking about “Taking a Promenade” which is under the chapter “An Elven Problem”
