Probably because itâs SoD and guilds may not have multiple priests? 4 horseman is wrath style, only need 2 tanks. Why would the infinitely harder to fill mind control not just have the crystals?

it is a nice rite of passage to make healers have to do an difficult/crucial raid mechanic. i donât really think we need the crystals. let the healers sweat

9 classes, 20 raid spots. quit stacking.
healing priest might not have a raid spot if they add the crystals, it would be dark
We have exactly 2 priests, 1 healer 1 spriest. Iâd imagine plenty of guilds may only have one.
Itâs 8 classes btw, and people are stacking the broken classes, like paladin, druid, and shaman. Maybe blizz should actually balance their game. Or put any effort into the design of the classes so we donât have 
like warrior having to maintain rend for a 20% damage buff while rend ticks for 30-50 damage. People donât find garbage rotations with uninteresting buttons fun.
Itâs gonna be really funny in a few weeks when warlocks are soloing naxx by putting up CoA and sitting in a petri.
They literally said they were making a change to the fight to account for groups not having multiple priests. They silently reneged on this. Quelle surprise.

Exactly what OP said. This seems to be a huge let down for 20 man raid teams that donât run double priest. Itâs not even really the issue itâs more so the fact they said in advance they would add âsome kind of element for razuv for guilds that donât run multiple priestsâ then we get to razuv and we have no one to MC lol. Had to resort to the good ol wall run safe spot. Not the end of the world but something the devs should be aware of incase it was an honest mistake on their end. It would help, but Iâm more annoyed that they specifically told us they would put them in and then they werenât there. To me it just flies in the face of their philosophy of âbring the player not the classâ

I donât think that philosophy exists in SoD and I donât think it should.

My group was able to do it with 1 priest. a little messy but doable.
Same. He also doesnât chunk you too bad as a tank either on norm with a decent amount of gear

Season of shamans paladins hunters and boomies. As theyre the only playable classes
The 25 wrath version doesnât have crystals.
