Start at exactly as it was at launch and make “changes” at the same time/pace as the original. Bug updates, patches, etc.
It will be really fun.

Unless they’re offering cosmetics like in Panda remix, I don’t see a reason why they would do that when you can just play chromie time wod in retail.

A lot of content in WoD was good, but the expansion overall was very bad when it came to the release of that content and design decisions they made (or attempted to make) in its course.
Ironically a WoD Remix would be perfect because it would bypass all of those issues.

Remix is great if not for any other reason than people can get most of the mogs and mounts from an expansion and no longer have to waste their lives farming raids. Plenty of other things in game(s) to waste our lives on.
Eliminating the need to farm for years is a good thing.
It depends on what type of activities you did, e.g. the PvP was great! As well as most of what was in WoD. The big problem that unfortunately hit WoD was the amount of cut content I would see given the opportunity.

I would say, before you get your hopes up, that I highly doubt a WoD Remix would introduce a whole bunch of cut content, considering the point of Remix seems to have been a way to keep us busy while they’re working on the next expansion, which does not lend itself to making actual new content for an old expansion.
Best we could hope for would be some cosmetics that they didn’t wind up using, assuming those haven’t all been used elsewhere since.
WoD was just bad. Scrapped Features, little content, and everything. WoD just needs to be 100% fixed and bring back the Scrapped Features that was promised in the beginning in the first place.
wod classic would be garbage
wod remix though, would be fun. because the only content wod had was leveling content, and good dungeons/raids.
I’m not just saying that it’s a huge tragedy that so much content was cut. Of course that wouldn’t happen in the remix, that would be unreasonable, even for WoD Classic it would be so unlikely if there were even a WoD classic. Personally, I would like it to happen at some point, but it won’t happen.
But who knows how much work they would put into a WoD remix.

The S.E.L.F.I.E. patch was amazing. I thought the expansion started out well, then it just kind of became world of garrison and follower table craft. The story fell apart and made all our time there seem pointless. In the end it seemed like they just wanted a reason to be able to bring back gul’dan
I do recall sitting in a login que of 28k players and the game being almost unplayable at launch.

To remind the playerbase that Shadowlands wasnt so bad and that they know how to repeat WoD if we dont stop complaining.
Current/recent expansion is always bad
It’ll be acceptable to like shadowlands in like 2-4 years or something
But I liked WoD. I just got like, half of what it should have been
