Instant Kick problem

As of late I haven’t actually did any dungeon runs when I make new alts, I only at times might run them but I feel a bit more comfortable just doing quests as I’m kind of not comfortable doing them due to how the community has been as of late with ppl running dungeons. Personally I heard from a good friend of mine who has a few low lvl toons who prefer to run dungeons in order to lvl up faster, but everytime he joins them or is doing good healing or dps he gets kicked for no reason at all. To me I think the auto kick instead of the vote kick is giving the toxic ppl a bit of power just due to if one isn’t preforming their job well to lets be honest they are doing a bang up job, they kick the person and they have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes in order.
I personally think the instant kick is something that the toxic people are using to have a smooth dungeon run without any problems, to which if say someone suddenly needs to go to the bathroom or needs to tend to something that would only be like 2 minutes long and the toxic people just boot those ppl only for them to suffer to wait a longer time in order to get into another dungeon group. I’d say give something back to those ppl that were kicked for no reason by toxic people, dungeon rusher’s, and trolls and take out the whole instant kick completely cause it’s giving those dirty shisno’s too much power and making other players who want to do dungeons a hard time.
For those who want the instant kick system remove and have the vote kick system instead, like Stone Cold Steve Austin would say: “Give me a Hell yeah!”

There is no such thing as an instant kick as your describing. If you are getting removed from a random dungeon/LFR it’s a vote to kick.

Can players get kicked for no reason using vote to kick? Yep.
Is it better to still have vote kick anyway? Yep.

What are you talking about when you say “instant kick?” I don’t know what you mean by that.

If “your friend” is consistently getting kicked, it’s because of something he/she is doing, not some systemic problem. And the idea that he/she is getting kicked for being too good is laughable.

If I had to guess, “your friend” may be pulling ahead of the tank, which is a sure fire way to make any group hate you. Routinely going AFK is also unacceptable, especially if you don’t say anything. Things come up. That’s understandable, but as a rule, if you can’t dedicate the 15-30 minutes it takes to complete a dungeon, don’t queue.
