Is there a way to do an instant cast mount, whether through some kind of mount equipment or engineering tool or something? I’m going to start playing my warlock now and I’m going to miss my druid instant flight travel form.
If there’s nothing there now has anyone heard about anything in development?
The only one is the broom during Hallow’s End.

Eh, bummer. All right thanks. I’d keep playing my druid but it feels like the balance druid still doesn’t match with what a warlock can do in damage. In the difference between cloth and leather armor seems non existant. With the locks blueberry tank and health bonuses he actually seems way more tankier anyway and does more damage than a balance druid.
Balance Druid isn’t bad at max level. They aren’t too hard either.
However, they’re a hybrid class so a full dps class is gonna hit harder. Cloth is squishier too. That Pet don’t mean much in pvp, as they’ll just go after the caster.
Though in pve? The pet is godlike and will make Warlock a much easier time soloing for most players. Balance Druid can still use other forms but they aren’t as easy to solo as. A good Druid player though is a great solo experience, however.
Demo has a lot to master while destruction is very very easy and can focus on far less abilities while still hitting really hard.
I have no comment on Affliction.
Affliction is by far my most favorite build of any class. Im mainly pve
Affliction isn’t bad but it’s not as visually explosive as an army of pets or as simple as Destruction. They need ramp up time too so are slower in solo play than the other two.
I hear you on that, something about having all those dots on just clicks with me. I seem to really like playing that way
While we lack the flash and speed of the other two specs, we are a lot harder to kill.
That’s just it, I feel very tanky and the damage is excellent. With affliction I feel like I have better survivability and damage than balance druid. The only thing I’m going to miss is that instant cast flight form.
A perk that Blizzard unceremoniously took away from all druids in Dragonflight. I’m amazed we don’t hear more druids yelling about losing this ability - Blizzard could have at least given them a new dragon flying style flight form instead of grounding them completely.
