Because you keep saying LFR is bad content that people shouldn’t be doing.

Yes because I consider it bad gameplay, but I don’t consider the reasons for people to want to do it bad. It’s not black and white. It’s not because I dislike something and even find it bad that it doesn’t have a reason to exist, but maybe we can make it better.

Have you considered people are happy with the level of skill they have in LFR, or normal?

Not everyone wants to be a mythic raider in retail.
