[Instance Teleport Bug] Mycomancer Cavern Delve - Hallowfall

Hi,

First mob in Mycomancer Cavern went into the water, then evade bugged and disappeared. I was then teleported ‘under’ the map to him.

Completed combat, couldn’t get out from under the world: Hearthed.
