Hello - I know you can only do 10 instances per hour per realm.
Is there a /code that tells you how many instances you have done w/in the current hour - even if it’s only on the character you are playing atm?
On the 10th sometimes I want to just do the whole dungeon (instead of just the first couple rooms), but I always lose track and end up getting locked out.
I don’t know of a macro command, but there is an addon that tries to do this.

However, this bit of text from the description suggests that there’s no way to get the game to tell you how many instance lockouts you have:
Tracking for the 10 instance per hour limit uses heuristic detection and hence may occasionally be inaccurate.
