I’m facing installation errors with the Battle.net client and World of Warcraft. This began after I transferred a profile from another machine. The error codes appearing are BLZBNTAGT000008FC and BLZBNTBNA00000006.
So far, I’ve:
- Updated all system drivers and the operating system.
- Removed WoW cache and Battle.net related folders from
%ProgramData%. - Reinstalled the Battle.net client and WoW multiple times, with admin rights and under a new user account.
- Disabled the firewall and antivirus as a test for potential conflicts.
These steps have not resolved the issue. A registry cleanup might be necessary due to remnants from previous installs.
I need guidance on resolving these errors. What are the next steps?
