Casting Arcane Intellect on another (ungrouped?) character when Inspired Intellect is talented causes the casting Mage to lose their Arcane Intellect buff.

Yeah I’ve noticed this also.
When using the Inspired Intellect talent, when casting arance intellect on anyone, the buff falls off of my toon. Fortunately it stays on when grouped with them, but otherwise the buff is lost.
Without the Inspired Intellect talent, Arance Intellect does not fall off when casting on a player outside of party/raid.
Clearly it is related to the talent.
Clearly this is Blizzard’s attempt to help us mages. Arcane Familiar disappears if we zone, or so much as think about moving to another zone, so this is their attempt to remind us to recast Arcane Intellect!
