Does this thing exist or no? Done 40 times and only seen drop once in mythics. For bis for most classes it sure is a low drop rate!

Theoretically it has a 26% dropchance. I’ve seen it a few times on heroic.

I’ve only had a 190 for the longest time and always hoped to get a higher ilvl one more than anything else and finally got a 223 in this week’s vault.

I have it on my Druid and lock, but I don’t think I’ve ever used it.
It lines up perfectly with CA.
That’s what I got in the weekly stygia vault on Tuesday. Unfortunately, I had already gotten it from stygia vault previously at the same item level.
I have it on 3 of my toons…203, 207 and 213
I did 72 runs for poxstorm. Just gotta be persistent.
I have gotten it 3-4 times on my warlock trying for pants off Mue’zala.
Yeah I gotta fool around with some combos. Plus the mystery effect confuses me and I’ve been too lazy to look it up since I hadn’t been playing him much.
I read somewhere there’s a WA that will show what procs when you go to use it. I have one on an alt but replaced it soon after learning about the WA, so never got around to checking it out.
Yeah I got it out of the great vault at 226
I’ve had this drop almost every run.
Tank trinket only once in 20-30 runs.
