I love this trinket, (and also Changeling), but see that according to some “experts” this trinket, Inscrutable Quantum Device, is only B Tier! I can’t imagine why because you can really pump with this thing when you want.
Why would it be “B” tier?
B tier in raid.
3 mins cd but grants lower stats than Ruby, also the stat is chosen from your highest stat meaning It hits dminishing return.
Better in m+ for free lay on hand.
Yeah, I don’t mean in raid because of the 3 minute CD. But in M+ it gives you a big bump up when you need one–like on a hard boss fight this week–like the second boss at HOA. Timed well and it can save your bacon!
Most of the trinket rankings are for raids from what im aware. Keys are more a personal choice
