I have noticed several times now during encounters that sometimes Inscrutable quantum device even though the trinket is ready to use I use it and the trinket does not activate, no buff nothing. Im a boomy so most of the time ill use Instructors divine bell in my opener and then later the inscrutable quantum device and sometimes it just does not activate and just gets put on cd… I’ve even checked the logs and the buff isnt there either. Some type of activation bug I assume.
this is normal. Trinkets have internal CD of 20 secs.
Inscrutable quantum device has a variety of effects, and some of them don’t show up in the logs because they dont affect you
