Why aren’t these just glyphs for actual spells?
Hell, if they’re so intent on fake spells, why aren’t these at least toys?

These just seem like a very bizarre choice to add to a struggling profession when people have been complaining about not enough glyphs being added for years.

i think that profession needs to go the way of First Aid. forcing it to be a thing when they cant make it be a thing is bad. Just end it.

but it can be cool, it’s just stuff like this feels like they’re intentionally gimping it.

all of these spell effects (except maybe the heart) should’ve been glyphs instead of some weird consumable item.

Between old spell animations and enemy abilities they’ve got an incredible library of effects to pull from, yet they just don’t.

Honestly I’d like to see something like a talent tree pop out menu where you can drag and place glyphs in for each ability to modify them.

It’s obviously for role-play like you do know WoW is an MMORPG right?
Just in case you didn’t know MMORPG stands fot Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game
Like not everything has to be for you

ok, overly aggressive response aside, why not at least make them toys then?

imho inscription should have went to the alchemy tree
what is worth making in inscription respect books and a few glyphs?

Aaaa yest toys a one time sell item that usually have a long cooldown what a great idea

Are you the WoWhead poster who stated that the flavored silly text was unprofessional?

Shenanigans.

What? No don’t know what you’re even talking about

are you having a bad day friend? do you want to talk about it?

you just seem very irritable.

Just woke up and this is just how I talk

pretty much, and rep contracts.

I liked the buff scrolls from BfA, I think those should come back
and it sounds like they’re trying to make the darkmoon decks a little more relevant.

but that’s why I find stuff like these one time use items so frustrating, why couldn’t these be glyphs? I know some warlocks that would LOVE to have the old shadowbolt back or mages who’d want those ice bolts. It seems like most of the glyphs we do get are just druid travel forms, other classes need glyphs too.

if they can make it cool, I have no objections.

I’m just saying, it’s okay to retire things they can’t make viable.
