Cant pickup the book. It seems that some other people have the same issue and doing the Pulsing Earth Rune first doesnt help.

Yea I can’t pick it up either, seems it’s a bug for all running inscription

Dont know if related but it might be an error related to area phasing? For example, theres 2 treasures in a cave that you enter from the waking shores, but the cave itself is in the plains, so when you try to grab the treasures you cant, even tho you can see and click them. And on the sand box where the book is in, you can stand in the middle and you actually change your zone from valdrakken to thaldraszus.
if i’m in valdrakken, it’s shiny, but not clickable. my cursor does not change to a gear. however, in thaldraszus the gear shows up, but the loot window only opens for a split second and i receive no loot.
