Inscription does not show +3/+5 skill ups in the Trade skill window

This is in Cataclysm Classic

  • Any detailed steps you believe should be taken to reproduce the issue.
    ** I deleted game cache
    ** I disabled all addons
    ** Glyph of Colossus Smash did not show it was a +3 skill recipe while orange, but when I made one, it game me 3 skill ups, from 465 to 468, then from 468 to 471.
    ** I have not tested this on any other tradeskills.

Leatherworking is the same, the Bloodthirsty pieces should show +3 and do properly give +3, but it doesn’t appear in the UI
