Something happened with inscription craft items as some now require a Virtuoso Inking Set equipped/in inventory instead of simply being near the crafting table:
- Shadow Ink
- Codified Greenwood
- Boundless Cipher
- Inquisitor’s Baton
- Inqisitor’s Crutch
- Inquisitor’s Torch
- Burnt Rolling Pin
- Hasty Alchemist’s Rod
- Lightweight Scribe’s Quill
Seeing this same issue after crafting the Silver Tongue’s Quill. The green WW quill qualified as a Virtuoso Inking Set, as did the old Dragonflight blue quality quill, but the War Within blue quality quill doesn’t fulfill the requirement (hanging onto the green WW quill or the old dragonflight quill works as well as having the inking set in your bag)
