Speaking to the NPC Droman Dawnblossom in Dreamsong Fenn (38, 36) does not unlock the inscription recipe. The character that tried is a druid and has inscription as a profession.
Confirmed. My inscription Night Fae druid also does not receive anything from Droman Dawnblossom when selecting the prompt.
