Insanity is a progression minded guild with a casual schedule. We try to get as much done in our limited raid time as possible. We believe in a drama free relaxed atmosphere and the officers do their utmost to keep it so. We are looking for like minded individuals.
We are interested in players who meet the following criteria:
. 21+, self motivated and willing to do the work on their own character through sims, logs, research, and videos outside of raid time.
. Ready to be completely focused on raiding during the three hours of raid.
. Enjoy a calm non toxic raid environment.
. Willingness to be critiqued on your performance and ability to make changes
where necessary.
. Understand that mechanics are far more important than parses.
While we are a progression focused guild, we do organized events on off nights. These events can range from Mythic + teams to off night raids, achievements and rated pvp.
We raid Friday and Saturday from 8:00 PM CST to 11:00 PM CST. At the beginning of the tier we often add a Tuesday optional raid to preclear for the weekends. While Tuesday nights will be an optional raid night of course, we want Insanity to be your main guild, not a place for your alt.
Application/Recruitment:
We try to maintain a raid team of 22 to 23 people. You must earn a spot on the raid team through your performance. The strongest players, who are consistent and have a good attitude will get a core raid spot regardless of how long they have been a member of the guild. Trial typically lasts three weeks but can extend longer if there are areas we would like to see improvement.
