Are blizzard really taking The Insane title away in cata classic? ive spent months grinding and all i have left is darkmoon faire and Shen’dralar. was gonna wait for cata to do darkmoon bc they get there own island and they take out Shen’dralar. am i screwed now?

Pretty sure the FoS is just to denote those who had to do the Shen’dralar part.
It’s unclear if you can get the FoS if you have exalted with Shen’dralar (which is apparently another FoS), and then later finish off the remaining requirements for Insane after Cata has released. – Sort of how you can still get Hand of Adal if you far enough into the quest chain sequence.

Pretty sure you can still get it in Retail. So, you should be able to in Cata.
