Looking for some help. After the patch there’s an issue with the game totally locking up while moving the mouse. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled and can’t figure out anyway to fix this issue.

All addons were deleted and I have a fresh install. I updated all drivers. I moved the game to different drives. No matter what I do i can’t stop the game from stuttering.
Try another port for the mouse?

Yes, I have tried another port for the mouse. I also tried a different mouse.

So the entire game is locking up? That doesn’t sound like a mouse issue, it sounds like a processing issue. Please provide the hardware specs.
So we bybassed the launcher and loaded wow.exe as administrator and no problems. If we start it from the launcher we have the above problem.
So your launcher is not running as administrator?
Which version of WoW are you playing?
You have pending Windows updates and lots of crashes from roblox.
Playing retail.
Problem is resolved by starting the launcher as administrator. I don’t know what’s causing the issue but 'Run as Administrator" works for now.
Glad that much is sorted; I think that’s listed as a primary troubleshooting step.

Just a heads up though, your CPU does not meet the system requirements for retail WoW. The minimum requirement is a 3.0GHz CPU and yours is just below that. A future patch could prevent the game from working as expected and troubleshooting unsupported hardware would fall outside the scope of this forum.
I’m having this issue and starting B net or Wow exe as administrator doesn’t resolve it.
