Input Lag on abilities (even with no GCD...)

Hi All,

I had read the plea of others for input lag when they hit spells on the launch of 11.0.5, I however did not experience this input lag until the last reset 11/5.

Anyone else now experiencing this issue? Makes the game feel unplayable when you hit a spell off GCD and it just does not launch until you slam it 5 more times. You just waste globals.
