Input delay since latest patch

So, like the title says I have had some pretty rough input delay since patch. And obviously it has been driving me crazy. Had a support ticket and after 3 weeks finally got someone who said “hey try posting on forums cause we can’t help” so go figure. I’ve tried all the usual network fixes, I have had my ISP come out, I have tried deleting my WTF, addons, cache, interface, basically went blank slate to try it. I giga nuked spring cleaned fresh windows installed. It’s just wow, no performance or input issues on other games/mmos.

Attempted to format the columns correctly, now I know numbers are super crazy high but input delay I’m getting is driving me nuts. And obviously just by reading the averages column it looks like issue is from 137.221.111.33.

If anyone has any good ideas for this kinda thing, def let me know, cause I have very much gone through a substantial list of attempting to fix things for one singular game. Again, since last patch. Appreciate you all in advance.

The test looks pretty good. Additionally, the IP you’re suspecting as a problem is just ignoring some ICMP traffic (protection mechanism from DDoS). The lines after it show the ping return to normal. If there was a problem, it would carry through to all additional hops.

If the input delay is high it either didn’t happen during this test, or the problem is potentially being caused on the system. It could be anything from too many addons, bad WeakAuras, too many background apps, low pagefile space, etc.

Well it’s only effecting WoW so guess I’ll go through all related options to that again. Appreciate you!

Edit:
Still looking for some ideas, increased page size. Even after wiping my entire PC I still reinstalled WoW, did a completely fresh UI. Also again, WoW is the only game with the issue, and only started on patch.
